This week we have been exploring patterns. We have been making our own patterns and also spotting these in our environment.
Over the weekend it would be great if you helped your child identify patterns in their everyday lives as we encourage our children to see maths as a part of our everyday lives and not just as an isolated subject that only takes place at school.
We also had a special visit from Christchurch libraries sharing stories of Matariki and teaching us some new songs.
